Standard Shipping
Orders under 1 pound has the option for 3-5 shipping with a shipping rate of $5.00

Priority Shipping

Priority shipping is now available as an option for all orders so USPS can deliver to you more quickly than the 3-5 standard shipping would be. If your order is over 1 pound your order automatically becomes priority shipping. 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-3 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed.   After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take up to two day to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays.  When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.  If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office.  We do not issue refund for packages that state being delivered.

Shipping Shoes
Please note, we no longer ship most shoe orders with the original shoe box.
This is to keep the shipping rates to our customers as low as possible.

With doing this we also have 100% control of what is happening to the box, such as properly recycling. 

Please allow a 1-3 business day time frame for us to process your order from the day the order is placed. Regardless of method of shipment selected.

 

Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with us! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

We accept unworn items in perfect condition within 10 days of receiving an order. Items must have tags attached and not have makeup stains, deodorant marks or smell of perfume. Please read below to be sure your item is one that is eligible to return. 

Return/exchange Items must be shipped out with in 5 days of receiving the okay/ a pre-paid return label. After this time frame we have the right to cancel the return/ exchange.

Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs on returns unless an item was sent damaged.

Please email us with your order # and reason for return to let us know you will be returning an item.

How long do I have to make a return?

- You have 10 calendar days from when the order was delivered/ purchased in store to request a return. 

 

How long does it take to receive my refund?

- Please allow 3-4 business days for your return to be processed & approved. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-7 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


What do I do if my item came faulty/damaged/different size from what I ordered? 

- Please send an email to shopvoltage@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving your package and send details/photos and we will help you further.

 

My item was damaged after wear/washing, what do I do?

-We are not responsible for damages if you fail to adhere to the suggested care instructions. We suggest to all customers to follow the care instructions in order to protect their items.  

Can I exchange my item?

-At this time we do not accept exchanges from online orders A new order would need to be placed.
Items may be exchanged in store.

Do you ship word wide?

We do accept orders placed internationally. The shipping rate for international starts off at $13.00 plus $2.00 per additional item. For heavy items such as shoes, 15.00 plus $1.00 additional items.

We are not reliable for orders lost in the mail when out of the country and will not hand out a refund.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days  with standard shipping and 2-3 with priority shipping to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

Why have I have not received my product?

When filling out shipping address please make sure you type in the right address.  We are not responsible if you misspell. Once you make an order you will receive an email, and it will have a tracking number. If your mail gets lost you have to take it up with the USPS. We are not responsible for their mistakes

This size chart is for general women's sizing.
We buy our clothing from many different vendors which may have minor differences in sizes. Fabric, stretch, and style all factor into different sizing. If there is an item that is usually more smaller or bigger it will be noted on the product page. Please use this chart for a general idea on sizing.
